  Although it is a beautiful location right by Lake Chautauqua, the prices are exorbitant and the food mediocre. A 9$ plate of sweet potato fries yielded less than 15 actual fries, and the 4$ draft beer my family shared was among the worst we've had (it was only 4$, I guess.) I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here, but it's not a terrible place to go if you'd like to experience Chautauqua.

  Great lunch on their opening weekend for the season. It was our first time in the area and we followed a local's recommendation to go there. It was not very busy it the whole town was quiet as it was still off season.
  
  4 of us has their hamburger and were impressed at how big it was. Flavor of the meat was above average and the bun was fresh. My wife's strip steak was ok- she had no complaints.
  
  I would definitely go back.

  Have a restaurant on the lower level and a decent casino upstairs. Great views of the lake. The food is great and strive is top notch. Definitely one of the place to check out at Bemus Point!
